D&P was founded in 1987 in Frascati – Rome. D&P was established to provide a design services to the communication and defence companies in Rome and in the center of Italy. In this activities, D&P has provide to state-of-the-art solutions for computer intensive applications in the Radar, Sonar and communication area. The company’s team of highly skilled engineers provide customers with high-reliability, leading-edge products based on the latest devices from mainly Xilinx, Microsemi, Analog Device, Texas Instruments etc. D&P partnership the big actors of the components manufacturer gives our customers access to the latest advances in silicon engineering, and D&P provides the hardware, software and expertise to ensure rapid time to production.
Our products are interoperable with industry standards such as VPX (3U and 6U), FMC and FMC+, XMC, VME and PCI Express® along with popular operating systems such as Microsoft Windows™, Linux, VxWorks, Free RTOS and Bare Metal.
The D&P has developed experience in these fields:
• Signal processing for radar, sonar and countermeasure fields
• RF and IF signals acquisition up to at 18 GHz and generation up to 16 GHz for Radar signal manage and Synthesizer modules (RF direct sampling and super heterodine system);
• Prototyping and production of boards
• Low-latency and Custom Application;
• Test equipments (single board test or ATE)
D&P has developed these activities collaborating with the big companies of defence and Aerospace such as Leonardo, Reihnmental, Elettronica S.p.A., Thales, Thales Alenia Space etc.
